Introduction The book of Genesis is our history book at all because chronicles the events that are the cause of the situation in which is our world today. The Bible, in chapter 10 verse 8 of Genesis, speaks of a man, Nimrod (which means rebel) who was the first powerful man on earth. He built cities and ruled, among other things, Babel (or Babylon). The ancient history and various mythologies reveal that this man, his wife Semiramis and her son were Ninus deified and became the initiators of a trinity (father, mother and child).
The men were then scattered throughout the earth and formed different nations, languages and races which we come today (Genesis 11, verses 1-9). Since the Babylonian cult spread over all the earth over the centuries, although the shape has changed somewhat, the foundation has remained the same. Rituals have survived in Europe, especially by the Egyptian and Greek civilizations. The "gods" changed their name and appearance by language and culture Local. These idolatrous and superstitious rites are the basis of current traditions that permeate the religions and constitute their true character.
Most people today celebrate religious holidays without understanding the deeper meaning, while believing in God to please respect these traditions, they do observe practices from an idolatrous paganism that God disapproves: the Some holiday honoring those with a sincere heart are no less deceived, while others take advantage of these opportunities to give vent to their basest instincts.
Celebrations Roman paganism from this primitive are numerous, but there are five of the most important things we want to look here: Christmas, Annunciation, Easter, St. John and the Assumption. Each of these festivals is undoubtedly a Babylonian origin.
• 1 / Christmas
Why this festival has it been fixed on December 25?
Sacred Scripture does not mention any specific day of the birth of Christ. It does not even have the time of year when he was born. By cons, it is certain that this birth was in any case could not take place December 25. Indeed, the birth of Christ occurred at the time of enumeration: Each person had to go in his hometown. Many had a long distance on foot or by donkey, including women and children. It is impossible that this took place in midwinter.
Assuming that winter is not rigorous in Israel, we must remember Christ's words: "Pray that your flight be not in winter" (Matthew 24 verse 20). However, if the winter is a season that does not leak, it is even less suitable for women and children undertake long trips or, as stated further the Gospel of Matthew, for the shepherds of Bethlehem graze their flocks in the fields at night by a severe cold. Instead, it's summer that shepherds watched the sheep at night. The night Jesus was arrested (in spring), it was so cold, the guards and Pierre were warming around a brazier (Luke 22, verses 55 and 56).
Why and how the Roman church did set the date of 25 December to celebrate Christmas?
was generally believed that this festival was only one match since astronomical corresponded to the end of the annual race of the sun and the beginning of new cycle. Apart from the time of its celebration, they are also all the ceremonies that accompany this feast, which prove its pagan origin. Christmas has meaning much deeper than the mere symbolism related to the winter solstice, but it was mostly the anniversary of the birth of the Babylonian false messiah, the great liberator.
In Egypt, the day of the winter solstice was celebrated in honor of the son of Isis, Egyptian title of Queen of Heaven.
Long before the Christian era, the pagans were celebrating a festival at this time of year in honor of the birth of the son of the Queen of Babylon. However, to increase the number of pagans to Christianity adhering name, the same festival was adopted by the Roman Church.
Number of Babylonian rites their similarity in the feast of Christmas:
• Candles to be lit on Christmas Eve and must be turned on for the holidays correspond to the worship of the Babylonian god whose birth was celebrated by illuminating the evening before his altars.
• The Christmas tree is so common in our Western traditions was also known in pagan Rome. In Egypt, it was a palm tree to symbolize the pagan Messiah. It was an essential principle of the Babylonian system that Baal was the sun or favorite object of worship, the incarnation of the sun.
We thus find the meaning of the log that we put the fire on Christmas Eve and the next day became the Christmas tree. However, the log symbolizes the dead trunk of Nimrod deified as the sun god, but overthrown by its enemies. The Christmas tree is thus nothing but the honor went to Nimrod, the god killed and restored to life.
The mistletoe of the Druids was also superstitious of Babylon and the false messiah was "part man," a pledge of reconciliation between God and men: the divine branch from heaven, carried by a tree, him coming out of the earth. By grafting the branch on a tree heavenly land, sky and earth separated by sin were then combined, reconciled. Similarly, the Christmas goose (now turkey) and senile (yule logs) were essential to the Babylonian religion as practiced in Egypt and Rome. It is clear that Christianity has simply appropriated all these pagan rites.
• 2 / The Annunciation
The celebration of the Roman calendar after Christmas is the Annunciation, and the date fixed for the celebration confirms what has been said. This feast is celebrated on March 25, in memory, they say, the miraculous conception of the Messiah in the womb of the virgin, the day the angel came to him announce the honor that he would be granted the mother of the Savior of the world (Luke 1 verse 31). But who can certify the time when the announcement was made to him? Scripture gives us no indication as it is in fact unimportant. Date indicated for the papal calendar as the annunciation of the virgin, long before the conception and birth of Christ. It was indeed a feast day in pagan Rome in honor of Cybele, the Roman goddess who is none other than the mother of the Babylonian Messiah.
It is also clear that there is a close relationship between the day of Christmas and the Annunciation. Between March 25 and 25 December next, exactly nine months ago. Therefore, if the false Messiah was conceived in March and was born in December, can you believe for one moment that the conception and birth of the true Messiah has also been able to agree exactly with those two dates, not only as regards month, but more importantly for the day? Who could believe such a probability? It is absolutely impossible, which proves again that the Annunciation and Christmas celebrations are well Babylonian.
• 3 / Easter
The forty days of fasting of Lent was directly borrowed from the worshipers of the goddess Babylonian. Egyptian fasting forty days was practiced specifically in remembrance of Adonis (or Osiris), the great god mediator. Among pagans, this fast appears to have been a precondition of the great annual festival celebrated in remembrance of the death and resurrection of the god Tammuz, with tears and rejoicing (see Ezekiel 8 verse 14). Originally, even in Rome, was not known Lent carnival orgies with its predecessors.
When the worship of Astarte (Canaanite name of the Babylonian goddess Ishtar) became predominant, we took steps to enforce fasting Chaldean 6 weeks (40 days) in the entire Western Roman Empire. The way was prepared by the Council held at Aurelia about the year 519, which decreed that Lent would be solemnly observed before Easter. The hot cakes marked with a cross on Good Friday and the eggs were colored in the Chaldean rites just as they still are today in the West. The prophet Jeremiah refers to this kind of offering when he says: "Children brought wood, the fathers lit the fire, and the women knead dough to deliver cakes to the queen of heaven" (Jeremiah 7 verse 18).
The origin of Easter eggs is equally clear. The ancient Druids bore an egg as a sacred emblem of their order. In the mysteries of Bacchus, as they are celebrated in Athens, the consecration of an egg formed part of the nocturnal ceremony. The real Easter is a Jewish holiday celebrated on the 14th day of the first month of the Jewish calendar, during which a lamb was sacrificed, roasted and eaten.
Jesus died that day, in fulfillment of the prophecies, and He was resurrected three days and three nights later, ie the first day of the week (Sunday morning). There is no party Easter in the New Testament.
• 4 / Saint John
John the Baptist was born six months before the Savior. The pagan festival of the winter solstice has been devoted to the birthday of Jesus, he had always set the date of its precursor from that date. Between June 24 (summer solstice) and December 24 (winter solstice), there are exactly six months. The fires of Saint John where young and old have to walk on hot ashes back to the first of mortals that reigned: Nimrod. If
time of the Druids, were expected blessings the fire being lit by passing young people and old people or livestock, it was simply because we believed and cleanse the stains of sin inherent in all human beings. If god Tammuz was the same as Zoroaster, the ancient god of fire-worshipers, and if the feast of the god in Babylon so exactly correspond to the Nativity of St. John, is it any wonder that this festival is still celebrated by fire Baal and it still has an image so faithful to what the Lord at once condemned his people that sacrificed their children by sacrificing the fire god Molech? (Deuteronomy 18 verse 10).
What a man, if he knows a little gospel, could be called "Christian" such a party? The priests of Rome, even if they do not teach openly, at least deceive their followers into thinking, as assiduously as the pagans believed the worshiper of fire, that fire can purify the defilement of sin. Many practice this tradition without even knowing its origin or true meaning. How can we accept the practice of such rites, which were until then sacrifice of innocent children?
Only the blood of Jesus Christ cleanses us from sin (the first letter of John, chapter 1, verse 7).
• 5 / L'Assomption
Note that this feast, instituted by the papacy, was established in the nineteenth century, with a reputation for being the century of light. Here the doctrine: the Virgin Mary is said, knew no corruption was raised to the sky and where it is now, and as co-redeemer.
Yet there is no basis for such a doctrine in Scripture. So what is the origin?
In the Babylonian system, it was a tale already fully prepared. It teaches that the god Bacchus descended into hell, tore his mother and the infernal powers carried it with him in triumph through the air. This legend has spread wherever the Babylonian system was implanted. The Feast of the Assumption is celebrated in the Roman church on August 15. However, when the mother of the messiah was a pagan celebration because of this "assumption", she was worshiped as the incarnation of the Spirit of God. She was considered the source of all holiness, the great purifying and naturally, she was recognized herself as the mother pure and spotless. Only by following in its logical pagan doctrine already adopted and mixed with the whole system Rome that the decree was issued and that the Roman Madonna is formally called, in the fullest sense of the word "immaculate virgin."
Excerpts from Alexander Hislop's book "The 2 Babylons."
Can we still doubt that the Madonna of Rome with the child in his arms and the Madonna of Babylon are one and the same goddess?
This has nothing to do with the humble girl (or Marie Myriam in French) that was the mother of Jesus. Everyone knows that the Roman Madonna is a big topic of worship. The Word of God she has not condemned in the strongest terms the Babylon of the New Testament? Did she not stated that those involved in the sins of Babylon will also participate in his punishment? (Apocalypse 18 verse 4). The sin of idolatry is generally considered a minor infringement, but this is not how God sees himself.
Of all the commandments, the second is accompanied by the most terrible threats to its breaking:
"You do not make for yourself a graven image or representation of things that are up there in heaven, here on the land and waters below the earth, you do not bow down before them and you do not serve them, for I the LORD thy God am a jealous God who punished the wickedness of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me and who shows mercy to thousands, to those who love Me and keep My commandments "(Exodus 20 verse 4) .
These words come from the mouth of God, they were written by the hand of God on stone, not only for the race of Abraham, but for all tribes and all generations of the earth.
God in the New Testament does not claim to observe holidays, because any law was abolished in Jesus Christ (Epistle to the Galatians, chapter 4, verse 10 and Epistle to the Colossians, chapter 2, verse 16).
"Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and true deceit, after the tradition of men, on the basic principles of the world and not after Christ. For in Him dwells all the fullness of Divinity. ye are complete in Him who is the head of all rule and authority. " (Epistle to the Colossians, chapter 2, verses 8 to 10)
By cons, God expects us to trust and total obedience. Here is what the apostle Paul told the philosophers of Athens
"The God who made this world and everything in it, being Lord of heaven and earth, dwelleth not in temples made with hands. He is not served by human hands as though he needed anything, He who gives to all life and breath and everything. He made all men, out of one blood, live on the surface of the earth, having determined the length of time and the bounds of their habitation ... God, regardless of time of ignorance, now announces to all men, everywhere, they have to repent, because He has fixed a day when He will judge the world with justice by the man He has appointed (Jesus Christ), what He gave everyone a certain proof by resurrecting the dead "(Acts, chapter 17, verses 24 to 31).
